We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and valued as guests. The chap on reception was incredibly helpful, and gave us lots of information, and the very interesting history of the hotel. Our room and en suite was super clean, lovely big, comfy bed. Lots of hangers for our clothes. Lovely big shower. The hotel was in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the train station, easy to find, and 2 minutes in the other direction to the Cathedral. It was on a busy street but all the rooms are soundproofed, so it was really quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, lots of choice, and as much as you wanted. The hotel was quirky, and beautifully decorated, and had a really personal feel to it perhaps because it hasn’t got that many rooms. Fabulous building, great decor, lovely, helpful staff, excellent location - brilliant!

The Frame Hotel is a cool hotel convienently located in Florence. This hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to the train station and within walking distance to the big attractions in Florence, we never needed to take a taxi. The hotel decor is so fun and embraces its history with the Mona Lisa. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We booked a family suite and found it to be a little small, however the use of space was very practical and made the small space funtional for a family of 4 with a lot of luggage. Though small, the rooms were very clean, which we value more than having extra space. I would recommend the hotel breakfast, it is convienent and had a nice selection of assorted items. We would stay at the Frame Hotel again and would recommend it to our friends.

I was warmly welcomed by Daniel, who was very helpful throughout our stay. He answered questions, looked up information about places we wanted to visit, and helped us make a dinner reservation for Saturday night. Everyone I came into contact with was kind and helpful. The location was excellent - very close (5 minutes walking) to the Duomo, and about 10 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It was also centrally located to other sights. They also have a free bottle of water that can be refilled, as well as a snack happy hour, which was a pretty neat concept. This is definitely a place I would stay during a future visit.

Wonderful breakfast room (and breakfast options), cozy guest room, comfortable and clean bed, large and well appointed bathroom and shower. A little small, but I was expecting that. The twin sized sofa bed was perfect for our teen. It was made up and ready upon our arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of this property was perfect for our stay as we arrived and departed from the Florence SMN train station which was a short walk (even with luggage). Located in the middle of everything, The Frame was a quick walk to every site you’d want to visit while in Florence.

There was enough space for our luggage (we had 3 bags). Additionally, there was a snack time from 5 to 6 o'clock, which was available for all hotel guests free of charge. In one word, everything was perfect.
